이 방침은 Edge Todo Windows 앱에서 처리하는 정보와 사용자의 관리 방법을 설명합니다. 개발·배포 및 개인정보 문의 창구는 kyumee82@gmail.com입니다.

1. 처리하는 정보와 목적

2. Windows 저장

Google 로그인을 하지 않고 이용할 수 있습니다. 선택한 폴더에 원본 tasks.json, 이전 저장본 tasks.json.bak, 열람용 todo.html을 생성합니다. 일반 문서 파일이므로 해당 폴더에 접근할 수 있는 사람은 읽을 수 있습니다.

3. Google 계정과 Tasks 접근

Google 저장을 선택하면 시스템 브라우저에서 Google 로그인을 진행합니다. 앱은 Google 비밀번호를 입력받거나 저장하지 않습니다. 이메일 확인과 Tasks 접근 권한을 요청하며, Gmail·연락처·Drive·Calendar 접근 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.

Google Tasks 권한은 계정 전체의 할 일을 조회·생성·수정·정리·삭제할 수 있는 범위입니다. 앱은 설정한 이름으로 연결한 목록을 동기화 대상으로 사용합니다. 목록을 찾거나 만들기 위해 목록 ID와 이름을 조회합니다. 설정에서 이름을 변경하면 현재 연결된 Google 목록의 이름을 바꿉니다.

우선순위·처리순서·시작일 등 Google Tasks의 기본 필드에 없는 항목은 해당 할 일의 메모에 저장합니다. 할 일, 이전 저장본, HTML 열람본과 동기화 상태는 오프라인 이용을 위해 PC에도 보관됩니다. 이 할 일 사본과 설정 파일은 암호화된 토큰 파일과 달리 일반 문서입니다.

4. 전송·공유와 사용 제한

Google 로그인과 동기화는 Google의 인증 서버 및 Tasks API와 직접 통신합니다. 개발자가 운영하는 별도 서버로 할 일·이메일·로그인 토큰을 전송하지 않습니다. 광고·분석 SDK를 포함하지 않으며, Google 사용자 데이터를 판매하거나 광고, 신용 평가, 범용 AI·머신러닝 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다. 개발자가 앱을 통해 사용자의 Google 데이터에 접근하는 운영 기능도 없습니다.

Edge Todo의 Google API 데이터 사용 및 다른 앱으로의 전송은 Limited Use 요구사항을 포함한 Google API Services User Data Policy를 준수합니다. Google의 정보 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

5. 보관 기간과 삭제

PC의 저장 파일과 Google Tasks 목록은 사용자가 삭제할 때까지 각 저장공간에 남습니다. 앱을 종료하거나 삭제하는 것만으로 할 일이나 백업 파일이 자동 삭제되지는 않습니다. 오류 진단 파일이 PC에 기록될 수 있습니다.

연결을 철회하거나 데이터를 삭제하기 전에 필요한 할 일을 별도로 보관하세요. 개발자는 사용자 PC나 Google 계정의 파일을 대신 삭제할 수 없습니다.

6. 이용자 권리·문의와 방침 변경

사용자는 앱과 Google Tasks에서 내용을 확인·수정·삭제하고 Google 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 문의는 kyumee82@gmail.com으로 보내주세요. 문의 이메일은 회신과 문제 처리에 사용하며, 비밀번호나 로그인 토큰을 보내지 마세요. 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지에 변경된 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다.

Edge Todo is an independent Windows desktop task manager. Local storage requires no Google login. Task content, status, priority, order and dates are stored in your chosen Windows folder as JSON, backup and readable HTML files.

If you choose Google Tasks, the app requests OpenID, email and Tasks access. Email identifies and displays the connected account. Tasks access enables task-list lookup, creation and renaming, and task reading, creation, editing, completion and deletion in the connected list. Although Google's Tasks permission allows access to all tasks, the app synchronizes its connected list. Additional task fields are stored in task notes. We do not request Gmail, Drive, Calendar or contacts access, and never collect your Google password.

The app connects directly to Google's authorization services and Tasks API. There is no developer-operated data server or advertising/analytics SDK. Google data is not sold, used for advertising, credit assessment, or training generalized AI/ML models. The app does not provide the developer with remote access to your Google data. Edge Todo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted locally with Windows user-specific DPAPI. Account email and preferences are stored locally. Offline task copies, backups, HTML and synchronization state remain on your PC in ordinary files; they are not encrypted like tokens. Local diagnostic files may be created.

Files and Google tasks remain until you delete them. Switching to Windows storage stops Google synchronization but does not revoke Google access or delete data. Revoke Edge Todo at Google account connections, delete tasks/lists in Google Tasks, and close the app before deleting local task files, backups and account cache/login files under %LOCALAPPDATA%\EdgeTodo. Uninstalling alone does not erase these files. We cannot remotely delete data on your PC or Google account. You can view, edit, delete data and revoke access yourself. Support emails are used to respond to your request; do not send credentials. Changes to this policy will be posted here with an effective date.
